Does anyone know the validity of this story? I have a cousin who is rather high up in NC law enforcement who says this is conspiracy BS. Is there proof beyond this recording? If so, please post. Thanks!

This call came in from Lt. McCoy of NC, on the Call to Decision radio show with Pastor Butch Paugh from http://www.calltodecision.com/ You can go to this website to see a short narrative in red at the top dated January 2 that states this Lt would be on the show again to share more details from his original call on 12/28/12.
